At Sachcaffé, we believe that doing good is just as important as doing things well. From the very beginning, we’ve believed that kindness, care, and connection should be at the heart of everything we do.

For us, social responsibility is a mindset. It’s found in the small, everyday actions that might go unnoticed by many but mean the world to those they touch. From minimizing waste behind the bar by using sustainable materials and reducing single-use plastics, to actively supporting local causes and initiatives that truly matter, we strive to make a positive impact both big and small. When we say we’re here for the community, we mean it wholeheartedly!

Over the years, we’ve sought out quiet, meaningful ways to give back. Whether it’s donating warm drinks to frontline workers, helping out during the colder months, or supporting local causes that are close to home, these small acts are how we hope to give something real. Something that goes beyond the cup. And while we don’t always post about them, the impact is felt by those who need it most.

But it’s not always about the gestures. Sometimes it’s as simple as offering a space where people feel welcome. A place where you can slow down, take a breath, and feel at home. That’s why we intentionally cultivate a culture of care; for our guests and for our team as well. Internally, we’ve worked hard to build an environment where respect, opportunity, and growth are at the core. We want every team member to feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their ideas and give back in their own unique way.

And we’re always listening. Some of our best initiatives have come from customer feedback; suggestions from people who care as deeply about making a difference as we do. It could be a comment shared over the counter or a conversation between regulars. But we believe that every small action counts. And when those actions come from the heart, they matter.
Looking ahead, we’re committed to doing more. We want to expand our partnerships with community organizations, explore new ways to reduce our environmental footprint, and create even more opportunities for our team and customers to get involved.
