6 Ingredient Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Fluffy, sweet, and swirled with cinnamon goodness, these vegan cinnamon rolls are made with just six simple ingredients. No fancy substitutes, just pure comfort in every bite.


Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ¾ cup plant-based milk (like almond, oat, or soy)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or vegan butter, melted

  • ¼ cup brown sugar (for filling)

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish.

  2. Make the dough:
    In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Stir in plant milk and coconut oil to form a soft dough.

  3. Roll and fill:
    Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Brush with a little extra melted oil and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Roll and slice:
    Roll up the dough tightly from the long side. Slice into 8–10 rolls.

  5. Bake:
    Place rolls in the prepared dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden on top.

  6. Optional glaze:
    Mix powdered sugar with a splash of plant milk for a simple drizzle!
