Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

¾ cup plant-based milk (like almond, oat, or soy)

2 tbsp coconut oil or vegan butter, melted

¼ cup brown sugar (for filling)

1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish.

Make the dough:
In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Stir in plant milk and coconut oil to form a soft dough. -
Roll and fill:
Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Brush with a little extra melted oil and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon. -
Roll and slice:
Roll up the dough tightly from the long side. Slice into 8–10 rolls. -
Bake:
Place rolls in the prepared dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden on top. -
Optional glaze:
Mix powdered sugar with a splash of plant milk for a simple drizzle!
