🌶️ Easy 4-Ingredient Hatch Salsa Verde
Ingredients:

1 cup roasted Hatch green chiles (peeled & chopped)

1 clove garlic (minced)

½ cup white onion (chopped)

Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:

Blend it all:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth or slightly chunky — your choice! -
Adjust taste:
Add salt to taste. For more zing, toss in a little extra lime juice. -
Chill or serve warm:
Serve right away or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors deepen.
